Help fund the FIRST Dungeons & Dominae party!

Hi - Ana Sterling here! I'm hard at work behind the scenes, putting together our first server party. We are currently planning to hold the party at Longhouse in Redmond. (I will update with date info as soon as I have it!) There will be a chill socializing area with board games for people who aren't comfortable with the 'play party' aspect, and there will be a play area for those who are interested in that sort of thing. There are also plans for some rope demos, a photo booth and lots of other fun stuff. There is also a clothing optional swimming pool at the Longhouse!

Here's how it works: Whoever can donate works together to fund the party, and if we can raise enough to pay for the venue, anyone who is part of the server can attend. If we raise more than we need, we'll spend some money on food, rather than relying on volunteers to bring everything, and if we raise even more than we need for that, it goes into a server account to help fund future parties if we fall short later.

If we don't raise enough funds to hold the party, or if something happens and we can't make it happen, all contributions will be refunded. That being said, please note that we are trying to do a community thing, and it's important we have a reliable amount to work with, so if the party happens, I can't refund individual contributions (i.e. you just realized you can't make it to the party and now you want your money back.) I want to be fair, but I also don't want to have a rash of last-minute refunds and find we can no longer afford to pay the venue.
