Nico Dance Co. Is a mixed style/mixed level dance company and consists entirely of professional dancers, dance educators, and dance education college students/alumni. These life paths of our members are driven by community, love, passion, inclusivity, equity, and change.

Studio, venue, costume, and video costs are just some of the many expenses that are requiring serious budgeting from an otherwise known financially humble group.

WITH YOUR HELP- We can fund our project and be able to perform it in many venues across NYC, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Without having to worry about personal funding, we can now give our performance tickets for free with proof of donation to Anti-Ice non- profit organizations.

Our project (Redactado) is a four part political comedy dance project that aims to shed light on the horrors and absurdity of The United State’s current administration and the racist/xenophobic acts that are being perpetrated against many BIPOC and immigrant communities across the country.

(Redactado) will incorporate anti-fascist satire as well as pro-people, pro-immigration, and pro-community artistic expression. This will be presented by mocking white-supremisist ideologies through movement, acting, and the inclusion of Latin music and dance. This will celebrate the diverse cultures of the very people that are negatively affected by the current administration, whether that be through our live show, our video portion of the project, our public flash mob performances, and our hired performances from outside companies.
