Help Fund Nate's Parental Leave

Emily and I will be having our third child sometime in April, and our family is so excited!

For the first time, I am able to take parental leave from work/school to be home with the new baby and to take care of Emily and the kids. Unfortunately (like many others) I'll be foregoing some pay to do this. We will use the funds raised to make up for lost pay during the four weeks I plan to take off and to meet baby-related expenses.

Being able to do this is particularly meaningful to me since I haven't been able to take any time off following the birth of our other two children. In the past, I've been amazed at how Emily has taken care of the kids and herself while I headed right back to work, but this time I'd like to offer her as much support as I can and to have more time and space to bond with the baby.

I really want to do this for my family, but to be honest it will be a financial strain for us. We'll be using any money raised to cover our normal monthly expenses, to purchase a needed infant car seat, and lots and lots of diapers. We promise to share lots of baby pictures and will be deeply grateful for any gifts. Thank you!
