Hello beautiful people!! By the Lords goodness and mercy I have been blessed with going on my first missions trip this spring! This is a first for me and I am feeling so grateful for this opportunity to love on people and share the good news and truth with the sweet people of the DR!! I will be joining a group of Liberty students to minister in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic from March 15-22!!

We will be ministering with Students International (SI). SI is a Christian mission organization whose missionaries are ministering to the those of Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. Their missionaries are profession- als who are ministering in their area of expertise. They have several different areas of min- istry such as: education, social work, health care, physical therapy, and agriculture. I will partner with one of their missionaries in one of a couple different ministries: either healthcare, special education, or women’s outreach. I am so expectant and thrilled for what the Lord is going to do during this time! This opportunity is such an answered prayer and honor.

There are 3.4 billion people that have never even heard the beautiful name Jesus. This just breaks my heart because once you truly know His goodness, life is never the same. My hope is to introduce these sweet, wonderful people to the love of their Creator. The one who came down to earth with them in mind, with you in mind too, and endured the most horrific death so that we might be with Him again one day, oh the love of the Lord is so wonderful!! It is a blessing to share the Gospel and display the love of God to those in need.
