My name is Garrison Redd — I’m a Team USA Para Powerlifter, adaptive athlete, and advocate for disability inclusion. After experiencing a spinal cord injury, I’ve dedicated my life to empowering others through fitness, mentorship, and community.
Help Launch a Fall Adaptive Strength Training Program for People with Disabilities
This fall, we're building more than just muscle — we're building community, confidence, and capability.
I'm raising funds to launch an adaptive strength training class designed specifically for individuals with disabilities. This program will run through the fall season and provide accessible, inclusive workouts tailored to each participant’s ability level — from wheelchair users to those with limited mobility.
Why This Matters:
People with disabilities face countless barriers when it comes to accessing fitness programs. Traditional gyms often lack the equipment, knowledge, and support needed to serve this community effectively. Our class will change that by offering:
✅ Certified adaptive fitness coaching
✅ Accessible gym space with inclusive equipment
✅ Individualized training plans
✅ A supportive, empowering environment
How Your Donation Helps:
Your contribution will go directly toward:
Facility rental and accessible equipment
Hiring certified adaptive fitness instructors
Transportation assistance for participants
Scholarships for individuals who can't afford to pay
Whether it's someone working to regain strength after an injury, build confidence in their body, or connect with a community that understands their journey — this program is for them.
Let’s make fitness inclusive this fall. Every dollar helps bring this vision to life.
Donate. Share. Support the strength of everyone. ♿
