At Raham Project, we believe no family should feel alone. Yet many mothers from ethnic communities face isolation, cultural barriers, and limited access to support.
That’s why we created our Monthly Lunch Club — a warm, welcoming space where mothers, babies, and families can share a meal, find friendship, and receive culturally-sensitive support.
One mother shared:
“Before Raham, I felt so cut off. At the lunch club, I finally felt seen and heard. My baby and I both found a community.”
These moments matter. They change lives.
We need to raise £10,903 to keep the Lunch Club running for a full year. Your donation will cover the real costs — fresh, nutritious, home-cooked meals served at a subsidised price, venue hire, cooking supplies, and staff directly preparing and supporting the sessions — ensuring that every mother can eat well, feel supported, and attend in a welcoming, affordable space.
Stretch Goal
If we raise more than £10,903, every extra pound will help expand Raham Project’s reach. It will support our Walk & Talk programme, giving mothers safe outdoor spaces to build confidence, improve wellbeing, and connect with others. It will also help fund coffee mornings and other community gatherings, creating even more opportunities for families to meet, share, and thrive.
You can donate here on GoFundMe, or, if you prefer to give directly to Raham Project, you can use our secure link:
