Help A Father Fight For His Daughter

My story is very long but i will try to explain what has brought me to set up this page and why i need to ask for help from the public.
I am a father to a beautiful little girl called Sophia. My daughter is the best thing that has ever happened to me. She was and is my entire world. Sophia is 3 and half years old and is being kept away from me by her mother who is trying to break my bond with my child and replace me with her boyfriend that she started a relationship with only two weeks after we broke up. Since then it has been an uphill battle to have contact and remain in the life of my child.
My daughter and I have a great relationship. I have fought long and hard, i've won the last two court cases, i should’ve had shared custody right now if only her mother accepted the High Court judge’s ruling that it’s in the best interest of my child to have both parents.
Outcome of the first hearing. - The High Court overturned the Ex-parte Interim Custody Order due to findings that the cause papers were never served.
Outcome of the 2nd hearing. - The High Court found the mother to be unfit and dismissed her application for "Full Custody"
On June 17th 2020 - the Court of Appeal made a decision, unfortunately it was not in my favour and left a sense of serious injustice. I was awarded only “Access & Visitation”. Since the date of the hearing I have been sending notifications everyday to both her mother and lawyer but they continue to ignore my requests. Under the new court order the mother has full power and it is left to her discretion wether or not to let me have a relationship with our child. Her mother has breach the 2 different court orders and has denied me any visitation or contact for a total of 1 year and 4 months. I was unable to launch contempt of court proceedings due to financial constraints.
Financially I have already committed more than RM300,000 in legal fees. I am now bankrupt and in a desperate situation where i need to raise additional funds to either start an Appeal in the Federal Court, or launch committal proceedings for contempt of court and to vary the new order, failing to do so will result in me having no contact with my child for an unknown amount of time. I still have a large amount of debt outstanding for my legal fees for defending the ruling of the High Court in the Court of Appeal.
To bring this matter to the Federal Court i will need to come up with RM170,000. If i choose the route of going back to the High Court to vary the current order and to launch committal proceedings for Contempt of Court then i will need to raise RM50,000 to RM75,000. My personal finances are all exhausted and i am struggling to get by due to the effects of the Coronavirus pandemic on work.
I am emotionally and financially drained, and i feel like I'm slowly drowning. My family, friends and public supporters suggested that i set up a community funding page to which i have been reluctant and too proud, but now i admit i need all the help i can get in this fight to have a relationship with my daughter. She is growing fast and i fear that she will lose all memory of me and not recognise me as her father anymore.
I was raised by my mother as my father was not a part of my life. I know how damaging it can be to not have your father and i do not want my child to go through the same experience that i have. I am trying to be the father to my child that i never had.
I am a loving father who wants nothing more than to be able to have shared time with my child. I have committed all my finances, time and effort to ensure that my child and i can have a relationship while her mother commits all her time and effort to stop me from having a relationship with my child.
