Help Fulfill Kathy's Last Wish

My family and I are trying to gather some funds for my grandmother Kathy Taylor who has been diagnosed with stage 4 bone cancer. She is currently on hospice and declining very quickly. A lot quicker than we had anticipated. She has informed me of her wishes of being buried with her mother, father, and brother and I want to do everything that I can to make her last wishes come true so she may be laid to rest with her loved ones.
