Help Fulfill a Dying Wish: Return to Mexico

My name is Edelmira Cuellar and my father is in need of help. He's been in and out of the hospital for the past 4 months on oxygen because his lungs are damaged.

We are asking for help because he wants to go back to Mexico, where he lived his whole life. His last dying wish is to be back at home.
