Help Free Tony: A Mother's Plea for Justice
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
I am writing this with a broken heart, overwhelmed with emotions, and asking for your help. My son, Tony, has been wrongfully held in jail for over a year now—without a trial, without a verdict, and without any justice. As his mother, it has been the hardest thing I’ve ever endured, watching him suffer and not being able to bring him home.
For the past 12 months, Tony has been in a situation no one should ever have to face—unjustly detained and denied the right to a fair trial. He is innocent, and it’s hard to put into words the pain of seeing him trapped in a system that continues to fail him. The uncertainty of each day is wearing on us all, but I will not stop fighting for my son.
I’m doing everything I can to find the right attorneys to fight for him, but legal fees are expensive. We need help to cover those costs.
To get Tony home, we need to cover bail and other court-related expenses. Every day he spends in jail is a day we cannot get back.
This has been a huge financial and emotional burden on our family. We’ve been holding on by a thread, and your support will make all the difference.
As a mother, all I want is to hold my son again, to know he’s safe, to know that he’s going to be okay. I never imagined I’d be in a position where I had to ask for help like this, but I have no other choice.
Any amount, no matter how small, will go directly toward paying for legal fees, bail, and everything we need to get my son home.
Please share this with anyone who might be willing to help. The more people who know, the greater chance we have to make real change.
Your messages, prayers, and encouragement mean the world to me right now. Even if you can’t donate, your support is everything.
I’ve never been one to ask for help, but I’m asking now—for my son, for my family, and for the justice he deserves. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to read this and for supporting us in any way you can.
With love and gratitude,
Brenda
