Help Free Jesus Montes De Oca from ICE
Donation protected
It breaks my heart to share with friends, family, and loved ones that my father, Jesus Montes De Oca, was unjustly detained by ICE on June 18, 2025, at 9 a.m.
My father’s detention stems from a deportation order placed back in 1994 related to an assault charge he received at just 18 years old in Florida. This charge was the result of a desperate moment when, after being homeless and starving for days, he stole food from a gas station convenience store. Tragically, during this time, he was also shot and suffered for several months details that were never properly filed or considered in the assault case recount.
If you have ever met my father, you know he is one of the funniest, most generous, and hardworking people you could ever come across. We, his children, are now coming together to fight for his release on bond and, with hope and determination, to even secure his residency.
We are asking for any contribution, no matter how small, to help cover the attorney fees necessary to support this fight. Your support will also help maintain his home and bills while he is away.
Thank you for your kindness and support in helping us bring him home.
