Holden has been involved in the opposition to the MVP since last year, and because of dangerous environmental effects, construction on the project had been halted by a judge. However, on Wednesday, the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection admitted to loosening conditions to permits issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in order to continue the building of the pipeline.
