Eddie Pearson, a loving father, brother, and son, has been unjustly held in jail since January 18th, 2025, for a crime he did not commit. Initially, he was supposed to serve only 90 days, but today marks 100 days without any progress in his case. Shockingly, Eddie was not read his rights at the time of his arrest, which has further complicated his legal situation. The public defender assigned to him has not been effective, and as his sister, Tamia Pearson, I am determined to get him the legal help he desperately needs.

Eddie is the father of two young boys, aged 1 and 4, who have been staying with me since his incarceration. They miss their father dearly, and my daughter, Nova, misses her uncle. Eddie is not just my brother; he is my only sibling, and his absence has left a significant void in our family. Our mother is also deeply affected, as she is very close to Eddie.
