Instead of being out in the world with his loved ones, Diego Magallanes is spending each day behind bars due to his immigration status. We’re heartbroken, and we’re calling on our community to help us bring him home.

Diego is not a criminal. He’s a dedicated runner, a compassionate neighbor, and someone who has always given back to others. Whether he’s volunteering at local races, mentoring young athletes, or simply offering a helping hand, Diego has always stood up for what’s right.

Now, he needs us to stand up for him.

Diego is currently being held in immigration detention. We believe this is unjust. He deserves the right to fight his case in freedom. But to do that, we urgently need to raise funds to cover his legal expenses. Good legal representation is his only chance at justice—and it’s not something we can afford without your help.
