My husband has been detained by ICE for 9 months and is now very sick. My daughter ask every day when their father will come home. We have lost our home and I am struggling alone while also dealing with my own serious health condition. We are desperate to bring him home before it is too late. Please help us to save my family

On June 15, 2025, my husband was arrested by ICE in Anaheim, California, while entering a store for our daughter. He was physically assaulted and repeatedly called by the wrong name, even though he has been in the process of obtaining residency through USCIS for years.

He is innocent and has never committed any crime, yet he has been detained for months, malnourished and physically weakened.

For an entire week, ICE refused to tell me whether my husband was alive or what his medical condition was. Only days later did I learn from him directly that he had been rushed to the hospital because oxygen was no longer reaching his brain. I feared I would lose him without even knowing.

He has suffered serious legal injustices: his lawyer abandoned him and failed to submit critical documents. The judge denied his bond and other hearings, ignoring his innocence.

On February 5, my husband had his last Master Hearing. The judge did not grant him more time to have an attorney and scheduled his final asylum hearing for June.

He has been detained by ICE for months, physically and mentally ill, and I don’t know how much longer he can endure this.

We urgently need a serious and dedicated attorney who can fight for his release before the final hearing. We have lost our home, our life, everything.

The funds raised will help us pay for a qualified immigration attorney, basic living expenses for our children, housing after losing our home, and medical care for both my husband and myself as I am also dealing with a serious health condition.
