Help Freddy, the Budding Artist, Get an iPad

My name is Fernando Russo and I’m a “Big Brother” in Los Angeles. My “Little Brother” Freddy is a great artist that loves to paint and draw. He recently learned about Procreate, an app for iPad, and he would love to start using it.
