Can you imagine not having clean water nearby? Walking for hours just to collect a bucket?

Going to a school without a roof, no books, no pens, no electricity?

For many people in rural Ghana, this is still reality.

On a bus from Hamburg to Denmark, I met Frank. Born and raised in rural Ghana, now living in Denmark.

When I met him, Frank had just returned from a 14-day trip to Ghana. He helped fund and build schools, chicken coops, a water well, and supplied learning materials. His story moved me deeply.

Why am I fundraising?

While Frank spent his time building a better future, I was preparing for another trip. This time cycling through Norway.

I love these trips. But hearing Frank’s story and seeing all the pictures of his last trip really touched me. The world is so unfair, and what am I doing to help?

So I decided to use this bike trip to raise funds for Frank’s next project in Ghana. He knows the communities. He knows what’s needed. And every euro goes directly into making real, lasting change.
