On July 22, 2025, Carolyns (President of Forever 22 MW) daughter, Mandy, was murdered at the hands of a man that she thought loved her. All along Mandy was living in a Domestic Violence marriage. She was too scared to reach out to anyone in fear of what her husband might have done to her and her family. Mandy went to a women's shelter twice only for them to turn her down both times. No physical abuse could be seen, but it was the mental abuse that was not seen.

Forever 22 MW was created by Mandy's mother, sister and two of the very best friends to Mandy and her family. Forever 22 MW has a purpose to support and strengthen states response to domestic violence through training, public awareness, and technical assistance and to promote social change through the implementation of public policy.

Forever 22 MW maintains a commitment to the empowerment of battered survivors, victims and their families, as well as the elimination of violence wherever it occurs. Whether in personal relationships or broader systems.

Services and programs are offered free of charge to anyone involved in a domestic relationship and to those who are no longer in that relationship but needs ongoing services. Forever 22 MW is asking for donations to keep our organization going strong for those that truly needs us. The need for services is in high demand.
