A Home For Xander and Xach Ivlow

Hello, today is the first day in their young lives that Xander and Xachary Ivlow woke up without their mother, Ashley Walker. Ashley was shot in a car outside of her home with her babies asleep inside, later dying in the hospital from her injuries. Even though this violence was directed at someone other than Ashley herself, we all wake up today knowing we will never hear her laughter again . She was a mother, a sister, a friend, a beautiful and vibrant woman, whose life was extinguished by senseless violence.

As much as we all will miss Ashley, no one feels her loss more acutely than her two boys. Today is Xander's 12th birthday. Neither Xander or Xach will be able to hear Ashley say 'Happy Birthday,' to them again. Both of these boys have an uphill road ahead of them.

This page will hopefully fund a place for them to physically stay, once they are allowed to collect their effects from their bullet-ridden home. Xander and Xachary need a place to grieve their beautiful mother and move forward, remembering how much she truly loved them. They deserve a home where they can at least feel safe inside.
