The UVa administration has announced it would create a $2 million fund to help these workers. It will also donate another million to help people across Central Virginia. UVA is working with the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation (https://www.cacfonline.org ). The CACF will also let individuals donate and will manage the distribution of those funds. I will now close this donation account and work with CACF and other local organizations to make sure this money joins their efforts. Thank you again for making this possible.
