Help for the Saeedi Family

Hi, we're the Rodriguez family and our neighbors find themselves in a very difficult situation all around. Ashwaq is a single mother of three who has been abandoned by her husband to fend for herself and provide for her children alone. She is from Iraq and doesn't speak enough English, doesn't have a car, doesn't receive any child support and finds herself about to lose her one-bedroom basement apartment soon. Her children are Mohammed (13), Ibrahim (9) and Abdulahadi(6)

We are helping her with food, filling out paperwork, job searching, enrolling kids in school, childcare and many other needs they have, but the financial need looms increasingly. So we're asking our family, friend and community to rally around them and help as they get back on their feet.

We're hoping to raise enough money to help with rent, school supplies, food and some medical expenses as Ashwaq finds a stable job.

They are a lovely family and our kids play together daily, but their needs surpass our capacity to meet them appropriately.

Any amount you give will help them immensely and they would be very blessed.
