Help for the Houghton Family

Backstory: In 2019, the Houghton family was struck with difficult news: Their beloved wife and mother, Kristy Houghton, was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer known as "Carsinocarcoma." The battle began immediately and continued over the past five years. Though she experienced times of remission, the cancer came back in November of 2023 and spread to Kristy's vital organs. Though she underwent intense chemotherapy again, she exhausted any remaining treatment options in the summer of 2024.

Kristy passed away early in the morning on November 14, 2024. Though the Houghton family is heartbroken, they are held up by their faith in Jesus Christ and the confidence they have that Kristy's faith was made sight the moment she slipped from this life. They know where she is, and they know they will see her again.

The Need: This campaign is to help the Houghton family with medical bills, memorial expenses, and other costs that arise with a loved one's passing.
