I set this up for my dad, Steve Burns. Originally to help with his care, expenses, and bills building up,  and now to help with his afterlife expenses.  He has passed away Tuesday, August 29th.  So many people loved him and considered him a part of the family. He had been a staple in Westerly from the years owning 55 Beach St Cafe.  Since his leukemia diagnosis, he was in the fight for his life. We were lucky, and I was able to donate my stem cells so he could have a transplant at Dana Farber. He had been in the hospital since June 29th, and it was a much longer and more complicated stay than we all thought it would be.
