Help for my son with home damage from recent storms.

I am looking to help my son find some relief, and funds, to help him move through this traumatizing, unexpected moment in his life. During the storms from earlier this month a tree fell on his bedroom, breaking through backside of his mobile home. The frame is broken and it would need a lot of work to bring it back to basic functionality. He just paid his place off after living there for 5 years. His trailerpark community owners didn't deem it totaled, but they're not wanting to assist in any type of help even though it was their rottened tree that fell through his home. The funds would be used to help him pivot in whichever way he decides is best for him. Which would either be to repair it or have to tear down/ remove the mobile home and find somewhere else to live.
