It is with heavy heart and feeling defeated that I am setting up this GoFundMe for myself and my kids. I've always taken pride to be able to manage on my own. But when you have children, especially one with disabilities, one would pretty much do anything for them and so I am asking for your help.

We knew that good schools was going to be essential for our son's success. We were very lucky in being able to purchase a major fixer-upper property in a good school district. We believed with hard work, we would be able to save and fix the property and provide a good life for our family.

We kept saving for year's and kept pushing with construction on our home. We've had setbacks but we kept pushing forward.  Now I'm left alone to manage it all.

I'm a very private person. I try every day to be the best person that I can be. I have worked very hard all my life. Growing up, I worked in my parents' swap meet business selling textile which was hard labor and long hours. As an adult, I've worked hard to get a good/honest job to provide for my family.

Now I see myself asking you for help for myself and my children. Any donation of any size is so greatly appreciated. Or if you are able to provide a loan to me, please contact me. I don't have much time, but I am trying to save our home; it's all we have. I'm not just sitting around pitying, I'm working hard.
