Hello Everyone:
As most of you know my beloved husband Robert Allen Manley was rushed to the ER on Saturday July 28, 2018. He was intubated (placed on a ventilator) and admitted to ICU. He has Congestive Heart Failure. The left side of his heart is weak; His lungs are compromised, possible untreated COPD and Sleep Apnea. He is still in ICU and still on a ventilator. The prognosis is hopeful, but we have a long road ahead.
This has been really tough and hard. Allen was my rock and took a lot of things on to help me not worry. I am working and going to the hospital. Needless to say, that as the sole money maker at this point has put a financial strain on me. He can't get unemployment or job hunt so we have lost that income.
I come to you not as Gremlina from GLOW but as Sandy a scared, tired, worried, loving wife. I do not know how I am going to pay the bills keep me in my medicine, keep food in the house, keep pets a dog who is missing her daddy, and a cat, fed. The constant back and forth has increased my gas usage, and I need an oil change and my windshield got cracked, but do not have enough for the deductible. In short I am overwhelmed. I will also need help with future medical costs. I have Insurance, but that doesn’t cover everything
Please keep us in your prayers that he makes a recovery.
