On Friday, January 9, my husband Mauricio Martínez was driving on the highway near the address 6725 Oak Grove Brooklyn Park MN with a friend, when 4 cars in which 8 ICE agents were moving crossed on the road, they were arrested and were arrested without due process, since he is in an active asylum process, has a state driver's license and has no crime.

That day they were transferred to a station in Bloomington MN (without further information), the next day January 10 at night he was taken to "ERO El Paso Camp East Montana" TX, he has been able to communicate twice and report the precarious state in which he is, treated as a criminal, without a place to sleep, eating carrot and water.

On the other hand, there is the situation of the family that is left without the head of household, I Nancy Parra, Mauricio's wife and mother of his 3 children, I am adrift without enough income to be able to maintain the basic needs of our children, the fear that my children will be left alone is what does not allow me to go to work, nor my children to school for fear that something will happen on the way or while they are there. Our children miss their dad and ask every day when we are going to be together again, but I don't have an answer since the legal process with a lawyer is being very difficult and they have tried to scam us, which puts us in an even more complicated situation.

I am aware that my case is similar to that of many immigrant families in Minnesota at the moment, but I would appreciate any help that God puts in their heart, no matter how small you see it for me it is very helpful and will be received by my family with all the love, God bless you.

El día viernes 09 de enero mi esposo Mauricio Martínez iba conduciendo por la autopista cerca a la dirección 6725 Oak Grove Brooklyn Park MN con un amigo, cuando 4 carros en los que se movilizaban 8 agentes de ICE se atravesaron en la vía, los detuvieron y fueron arrestados sin el debido proceso, ya que él se encuentra en un proceso activo de asilo, tiene licencia de conducción del estado y no tiene ningún delito.

Ese día fueron trasladados a una estación de Bloomington MN (sin más información), al siguiente día 10 de enero en la noche fue llevado a “ERO El Paso Camp East Montana” TX, él se ha podido comunicar dos veces e informar el precario estado en el que se encuentra, tratado como un delincuente, sin un lugar para poder dormir, comiendo zanahoria y agua.

Por otro lado está la situación de la familia que queda sin la persona cabeza de hogar, Yo Nancy Parra, esposa de Mauricio y madre de sus 3 hijos, estoy a la deriva sin ingresos suficientes para poder mantener las necesidades básicas de nuestros hijos, el miedo de que mis hijos queden solos es lo que no me permite salir a mi trabajo, ni mis hijos a la escuela por el temor de que pase algo en el camino o mientras ellos están allí. Nuestros hijos extrañan a su papá y preguntan a diario cuándo vamos a estar juntos de nuevo, pero no tengo una respuesta ya que el proceso legal con un abogado está siendo muy difícil y nos han intentado estafar, lo que nos pone en una situación aún más complicada.

Soy consciente que mi caso es similiar al de muchas familias inmigrantes en Minnesota en este momento, pero agradecería cualquier ayuda que Dios ponga en su corazón, por más pequeña que tú la veas para mí es de mucha ayuda y será recibido por mi familia con todo el amor, Dios los bendiga.
