Help for Mattern Family

Sean and Katie Mattern gave birth to their baby boy, Devin, when Katie was 24 weeks along in her pregnancy, born on July 30, 2018. As a result of being born premature, Devin is experiencing multiple challenges, primarily with his underdeveloped lungs. He has proven to be a warrior, but he is currently struggling. He was recently transferred to UCSF for more intensive and specific care to pinpoint the exact help he needs. 
Sean and Katie would never ask for help but would help any one of us in need.  In fact, they didn’t know we set up this account. They lost their daughter, Shae, a few years ago, and now are fighting along side Devin. I don’t know anyone else more deserving of our support. 
With not being able to work, having to drive back and forth to SF, paying bridge tolls, parking, food, and caring for their other son... anything would help.  Not to mention medical procedures that may not be covered by insurance. 
It was amazing how people came together to get the Mattern’s meals every night to show their love and support. Let’s continue showing them we care!
