Help For Harry’s Heart ❤️

Harry was a young fit and healthy family man and is a father of two young boys Zack & Logan who are 8 years and 2 years old.

On Tuesday 30th Jan 2024 his life was to change forever …..

He woke up struggling to breathe and in severe pain and was rushed in to A&E and was told that his main artery to the heart was blocked from a blood clot and the pain he was experiencing was in fact a heart attack and heart failure.

He was taken into intensive care on life support and told that unfortunately, it is an extremely rare and very complex case. The cause of the clot is still unknown and the damage to his heart is severe and only running at 15% and will not work on its own so they have fitted an ICD (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator) and he is now waiting for a heart transplant hopefully in the next 6 - 12 months.

Harry has just come home after a month in hospital and is now trying to come to terms with the fact that his life will never be the same again.

Harry was working full time providing for his family and also coached an Under 9’s football team and loved playing football as well as family walks with his dog Lola.

He is now unable to work and faces both physical and financial challenges and although he is a fighter and is trying to stay positive for the kids unfortunately this is a battle that Harry needs help with.
