^ me thoroughly enjoying my life in Somaliland!

HAVOYOCO is a group located in Somaliland that is aiming to help those suffering the consequences of the civil war that is currently ongoing. 
They have three main projects: 
1) Homes for Humanity (building homes for women and children impacted by the war)
2)Vocational training (help teach skills to people who were previously supported by family or friends who are no longer able to do so)
3) Raise awareness about HIV and AIDS (11,000 people in Somalia are living with HIV or AIDS and need to be educated about what that means)
My half marathon is on March 14th, so I would really appreciate it if we could reach the goal before then!
Any contributions no matter how big or small would make a huge impact in this cause.

Other Information:
1) I'm Alice and have been living in the Philippines for the past 10 years while attending boarding school in the U.S.A. for my high school career.
2) I am connected to this organization through my mom. She worked closely with the people running the campaign and still keeps in contact with them.
3) The funds will be donated directly to HAVOYOCO to help them continue the good work they are doing (see above for specifics).
4)I will withdraw the funds with the help of my mom (who has more of an idea as to how to do these things) and donating the money hopefully in person sometime in 2019.
