Help for Chana Esther bat Toba

Hi. My name is Ari Pfeffer. At the age of 35 I met my wife. She took a chance on me. She was already a believer and thank G-d believed in me. She made me into a man of G-d. She is my light in this world. We have 4 teenage children that need their mother. For one year I have been her nurse. She needs far more care then I can provide. The doctors have given up but we haven’t and we believe she will survive with G-d’s help. We are giving her the best possible love and care. At this stage I need someone to care for her most basic needs so I can continue to work and provide for our precious children. Any amount is appreciated.
