Help for Bicol Philippines

Hi Everyone, this is Ginalyn Joy, I am currently residing in Minnesota USA. I was born in Nabua Camarines Sur Bicol Philippines. Yesterday October 22 2024 we watched the news that our beloved hometown in Bicol Philippines was severely impacted by tropical storm KristinePH. Most people have lost their homes, lives have been lost, people needed food, water and other necessities. The whole city doesn’t have any power so most people won’t be able to reach out for help. In this case My family and I would like to ask for your help. Any amount of $ counts or just a simple prayer for all the people back home.

As of now 14 people were killed from the storm and thousands of people are in evacuation center that needed help with food, clean water, clothings and other supplies. There are still people that are staying in their roof top waiting for rescuers to come.

My family and I are feeling helpless here because all we can do is sit tight, wait, hope and praying that there are no more casualties. This typhoon is very traumatic to everyone, just watching the videos and pictures that are uploaded on facebook are heartbreaking.

Your donation, however big or little will make great impact. I ensure that this will go directly to the local people. I will be sending whatever I raised on this fundraiser to our Brgy Captain back home in Nabua, to help people in NEED as soon as possible. I would like to ask for your help and consider donating or even sharing this to your friends and families to help the people in need in my hometown. We can make change, step by step and help them get back on their feet after this traumatic typhoon.
