I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of a dear friend whose father, lives in the occupied land , has recently (three weeks ago) become completely disabled after a stroke. He has lost most of his memory and only remembers his early childhood. He does not recognizes his children or spouse. He is now wholly dependent on others for every aspect of his daily life.

Sadly, because of lack of work for his supports he has no source of income, and the family is struggling to cover the most basic and essential needs. The healthcare system in the territory offers little support, and the costs of care are overwhelming.

We are raising funds to provide him with critical supplies and services, including:

• Adult diapers and hygiene products

• Special creams to prevent bedsores and skin irritation

• Physical therapy to help with mobility and pain relief

• Medications and medical follow-ups

• A proper bed for medical needs

• A home nurse to teach his family to care for him.

This man spent his life working hard for his family—now he’s in a state of total dependence, and his loved ones are doing all they can to care for him. But they cannot do it alone.

All donations will go directly toward improving his quality of life, and give him some dignity. Any amount, no matter how small, will make a real difference.
