My name is Amanda and I’m organising this fundraiser for a Poowong family who are going through a difficult time after a tragic car accident occurred earlier this week. This wonderful family consists of Sam and Julia along with their 2 young children Willow and Blaze. Sam was unfortunately involved in a serious car accident on Tuesday morning which resulted in him sustaining serious injuries and being airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Thankfully, Sam is now at home and recovering but there will be some difficulties and challenges whilst navigating life after this event. I feel some assistance from our wonderful community would mean a lot for this young local family. Whether it be some extra funds to help whilst Sam recovers at home or money towards a family car that will now need to be replaced, anyway you can help would be greatly appreciated.
