I've created this page to seek support for my daughter, Rachel, who is facing an unjust custody battle. Rachel has dedicated the past 14 years to serving in the United States Navy while being an incredible mother to three children and a loving wife.

Recently, Rachel and her husband decided to divorce while stationed in Japan. She made the difficult decision to return to the United States to navigate this process and ensure her children's well-being. However, the divorce has taken a bitter turn, and her ex-husband is seeking an unfair advantage in custody proceedings simply because of Rachel's military service. This is not only unjust but also heartbreaking.

In a recent custody hearing, the judge granted 80% custody to her ex-husband solely based on her military service. This decision threatens to tear Rachel away from her children, whom she loves dearly. She is determined to fight this ruling, but the cost of a good lawyer is currently beyond her reach.
