UPDATE: GG/Flash has found the bike. However, the bike is damaged and will need to be repaired, and the battery will also need to be replaced. the fundraiser will stay up but the target has been changed.

Matt and Leeroy here.

A few weeks back, our great mate Flash/GG had his $4,400 electric bike (his car) stolen from the St Kilda Sports Club aka The Bowlo, on Saturday 15/3/2025. It was locked up, within the locker room of the club after GG made the right decision to leave it rather than ride it. At approximately 3:30AM Saturday 15th March, the bike was scouted and at 4:30AM, the club was broken into, and the bike was taken.

As we all know, GG’s bike is his car, used to get to work, catch up with friends, meet promoters, bands, get to promotion spots on Radio like RRR and PBS to promote local musician’s and work to maintain his passion as a volunteer music promoter.

A long term member of the St Kilda/live music community, and a 22 year paid up full member of the St Kilda Sports Club, GG/Flash has worked tirelessly to help others, both music wise and in their personal lives, and given support when his friends have needed it. He's one of our dearest and most loyal friends, and if you'd like to help him get his mode of transport replaced, we and he would appreciate it beyond what you could imagine.

For the last two years he (and we) has worked to help revive live music at the St Kilda Bowls Club, to bring it back to a destination venue for original artists to perform and get paid. We are volunteers.

It's time to help a friend. Please, if you can chip in, no amount too small, or large. Dig deep and help a bloke you can trust.

We are hoping to raise $1,500, the target amount is lower so the campaign doesn’t fail to reach the ultimate target….. Every Little Bit Helps
