Find Ontario Missing Boys: A Mission Across Red Zones – Help Us Bring Them Home
Since November 2024, I have stood alongside grieving mothers, desperate fathers, and shattered families — fighting to shine a light on a devastating truth: Black boys across Ontario are going missing — and the system is failing them.
I am Shana McCalla, founder of Find Ontario Missing Boys.
What began as a call for answers has grown into a movement that refuses to stay silent.
In just six months, we have uncovered a chilling reality:
Boys as young as 10 are being groomed, trafficked, and isolated.
Cities like Thunder Bay, Sarnia, Barrie, Orillia, Niagara, and Sudbury have become Red Zones for human trafficking networks.
Authorities have been too slow to act, too silent to save lives.
And the emotional toll has been overwhelming.
Burnout. Sleepless nights. Grief.
Feeling like every missing boy is my own child.
I have cried myself to sleep after speaking with mothers — after hearing the raw pain in their voices when I tell them the hard truths about where their sons might be.
I’ve forgotten to eat, worked late into the night, fought exhaustion, and prayed for strength — because our boys deserve nothing less.
✊ Why I’m Taking This Fight Across Ontario
Today, May 12, 2025, I am preparing to travel across every identified Red Zone — to speak directly with police, community members, and families.
To demand accountability.
To find answers.
And most importantly, to bring our boys home.
This mission will include:
Travel costs (flights, gas, hotels)
Printing and distribution of missing boys flyers in high-risk areas
Community townhalls and school outreach tours to educate and prevent future disappearances
Building a central website offering families resources, support tools, maps, and community-driven data collection
Developing educational materials for parents and vulnerable youth
Providing therapy and rehabilitation support for boys who are rescued, helping them heal and rebuild their lives
Assisting families with critical needs, including burial costs, legal fees, and private investigation services when the system turns its back on them
What Your Support Means
This isn’t just about one investigation.
This is about breaking a system that has treated our children as disposable.
By standing with me, you are helping to:
Expose organized trafficking networks
Build national awareness and pressure systemic change
Give rescued boys access to mental health support, therapy, and a future filled with promise and purpose
Empower parents with the tools and information they were never given
Create a digital hub where no missing Black child will ever be forgotten, unseen, or erased again
I cannot do this alone. But together, we are unstoppable.
If you believe every child deserves to be found, protected, and loved —
If you believe silence is no longer an option —
If you believe in fighting for justice even when the system looks away —
Please donate. Share this campaign. Join us.
Together, we will bring them home.
Together, we will build a future where no child is left behind.
