My name is Ashley and I’m asking for help after an unimaginable loss. Marcell Spencer, the father of my three daughters, had been missing since December 3rd, 2023. After nearly 19 months of uncertainty, his body was recently discovered. Because of the state of the remains and conflicting accounts about what happened in his final days, our family has questions still. Although we are relieved with some closure, I simply cannot rest until all factors are ruled out. His body sat for nearly 19months!! Someone knows something and i’m willing to pay whatever to know & Especially after all the stories from the last known person involved. I demand more. If you’ve been following his story, you know this wasn’t like him.

Right now my priorities are twofold:

1. Give him a dignified memorial and cremation so our children can say goodbye.

This is my absolute main priority!

2. If i’m able to with your help, Hire an independent investigator and cover related fees (forensic review & second opinion, travel, records, and legal help) so we can understand what really happened.

I simply cannot cover funeral costs and also pay for an investigation on my own. Any amount you can give will help — whether it covers part of the cremation, contributes toward & investigative fees.

How funds will be used (estimated):

• Funeral & cremation: $2,000–$5,000

• Independent investigator / private forensics review: $3,000–$10,000

• Travel and records requests (courthouse/coroner): $500–$1,500

• Legal/consultation fees (if needed): $1,000–$3,000
