Help fund Jessie Blackie’s conservation expedition to Peru
Donation protected
Hi, everyone! My name is Jessie and I’m excited to share that I was selected from applicants at my school and have the opportunity to take part in a four-week expedition to Peru with Camps International. As part of this experience, I am expected to fundraise to cover the costs, and I’m reaching out for your support to help make this incredible journey possible.
During this expedition, I’ll be involved in meaningful community and conservation projects, working directly with local people to improve their lives and protect the environment. Whether it’s helping to dig foundations for classrooms, collecting rubbish to be recycled, or planting trees, my efforts will contribute to community development and environmental sustainability. It’s a chance for me to give back and make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
This trip is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me to step outside my comfort zone, explore a new culture, and learn about different ways of life. By immersing myself in the local community, I hope to gain a deeper understanding of their customs and challenges, which will help me grow as a person and become a better advocate for change.
The total cost of the expedition is £4720, which covers everything from travel and accommodation to project materials. While I am committed to working hard to raise these funds through local fundraisers and personal contributions from my Saturday job, I would greatly appreciate any support you can offer to help me reach my goal.
Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will bring me closer to this amazing experience and enable me to make a difference in the lives of others. Thank you for considering a donation and supporting my journey to create positive change!
