On Friday, 2/14/2015, Danny went for a typical paddle on his OC1 in South Mission Beach, San Diego, CA, but did not return home. He is currently “lost at sea” and considered a “missing person.”

His family is in the area working with authorities with the hopes that it leads to his recovery. Danny is a member of the Yuma, AZ, and San Diego paddle community.
