My name is Alexis Izquierdo, and I am a lifelong friend of Fernando Guzmán.

On November 6th, 2025, our dear friend Fernando Guzmán, who lives in San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, suffered a devastating house fire that completely destroyed his home and all of his belongings.

Fortunately, both Fernando and his mother were not at home when the fire occurred and are safe. Sadly, everything inside their home all of their personal belongings, memories, and possessions was completely destroyed and forever lost. At this moment, they are left with nothing.

In these incredibly difficult times, we want to come together as a community to support Fernando and his family as they begin to rebuild their lives.Any help no matter how small will make a huge difference in helping them recover from this tragedy.

Moments like these remind us that through resilience, solidarity, and above all empathy, we can rise together and help those who need us most. When a friend falls, we lift them up, and united, we can help Fernando and his family rebuild what was lost.

Mi nombre es Alexis Izquierdo y soy amigo de toda la vida de Fernando Guzmán.

El día 6 de noviembre de 2025, nuestro querido amigo Fernando Guzmán, quien vive en San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, sufrió un incendio devastador que destruyó por completo su casa y todas sus pertenencias.

Afortunadamente, tanto Fernando como su mamá no se encontraban en casa cuando ocurrió el incendio y están a salvo. Lamentablemente, todo lo que había dentro de su hogar sus pertenencias personales, recuerdos y posesiones completamente destruido y perdido para siempre. En este momento, se han quedado sin nada.

En estos momentos tan difíciles, queremos unirnos como comunidad para apoyarlos y ayudarles a reconstruir sus vidas. Cualquier apoyo por pequeño que sea marcará una

gran diferencia para que puedan recuperarse de esta tragedia.

Situaciones como esta nos recuerdan que con resiliencia, solidaridad y, sobre todo, empatía, podemos unirnos para superar los momentos más duros. Cuando un amigocae, lo levantamos; y juntos podemos ayudar a Fernando y a su familia a reconstruir lo que perdieron.
