Hello everyone, I’m creating this GoFundMe for my grandpa, Felipe Sanchez. This man means the world to me as well as our entire family. He’s the glue keeping all of us together. A very hardworking, lovable, goofy man fighting for his health and wealth all while trying to pull through for his family.

December 23rd, 2025, would be a date our family will never forget. My grandpa went septic due to an infection in his body from a self-catheter. The infection made its way throughout his body, slowly corrupting it. This would not be as bad as it was if it wasn’t for his frail heart. He’s had numerous stents in his heart, followed by numerous heart attacks. There are other factors playing into this, such as his medication, clots in his legs, and fluid in his lungs and chest cavity. Back to the infection in his body as of the 23rd, the hospital in Alliance, NE, decided to flight for life him to Rapid City, SD. There he is on a ventilator, antibiotics flowing through his system, and in and out of consciousness.

Creating this fund will not only help my grandpa but my grandma, Jayne Sanchez. My grandma is 80, still working part-time to catch up on all the medical bills piling on from my grandpa’s health. She is also dealing with the weight of her heart problems.

My grandparents deserve to retire and rest peacefully, debt-free.
