I know firsthand what it’s like to sleep outside, facing the daily challenges of hunger and uncertainty. My journey began outside the Pacific Beach library, where I experienced the struggles that so many unhoused people endure—going to bed hungry, cold, and without the basic comforts that everyone deserves. This experience inspired me to take action, and for almost two years, I’ve been organizing dinners and sharing meals with others living on the street.

Now, I want to take this mission to the next level. With your support, I’ll be able to pick up food from food banks, shop for groceries, and gather essential supplies. I’m hoping to provide toiletries like body wipes, dry shampoo, socks, underwear, and feminine products, as well as groceries to cook hot meals and send each person away with a meal bag. To make this possible, I need better outdoor cooking equipment—burners, larger pots and pans, utensils, a coffee maker, and food containers. A van will help me move between locations, pick up supplies from storage, and collect donations, allowing me to reach even more people in need.
