Help Feed 300 Children in Rural Honduras

Tax deductible
I have been traveling to Honduras since January 2008. I signed up for my first volunteer trip with a medical brigade because I thought that was my destined career path. I discovered my path was bigger than that. I found true happiness and unconditional love down there in the villages among the kids who had nothing (when it came to earthly possessions) and yet had EVERYTHING when it came to what mattered.

Since then, I've been back to Honduras 18 times and am going back in February (2025).

I have a goal and need your help.

Really...the 300 KIDS need your help.

We have built kitchens in rural villages, and yet the harsh truth is that most kids only get one meal a day...and that is at school for lunch. Some of these rural villages have no access to stores and can only eat what they grow/raise (think veggies, corn, eggs, chickens, goats, etc.).

The kids don't get any milk unless we send it to them. Powdered milk for a village costs about $120/month.

For some of these villages, we are their only source of help when it comes to vitamins, supplemental food, toiletries, clothes, and books.

I intend on raising $3,000 in the next month and could really use your help.

What would stop you from taking a few minutes to donate $10?

-------------

The money donated will go directly to purchasing these following items as soon as we are down in Honduras (it's easier than shipping or bringing the items with us):
  • Notebooks and school supplies
  • Backpacks
  • Staple food items (like powdered milk, flour, and beans)
