Help Fayza and her family evacuate Gaza to build their lives

Hello world, I'm Fayza Abd El-Aal from Gaza, Palestine. I'm fundraising for help me and my family to evacuate Gaza and live a happy new life. I'm writing my story to you with a heavy heart. On September 10, I got engaged to my fiancé, Mohammed. During this period, before October 7, we were preparing for our marriage. We were supposed to have beautiful times together, but the war had a different opinion. We were dreaming of having a beautiful wedding and preparing a warm home together, but this war has stolen our dreams.

Fayza is an English teacher. I obtained my bachelor’s degree from the Islamic University of Gaza on August 13th. I aspired to complete my master's degree and work as an English teacher. Unfortunately, my university and all schools were bombed.

My fiancé Mohammed obtained a bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering, but did not work in his field due to unemployment. He had a small phone accessories shop that he worked in, unfortunately his shop was bombed and he lost his job.

Today is the 320th day of the war on Gaza, and the situation is getting worse and more complicated. We have been evacuated 7 times during this war. Seven times we escaped death. Seven times we were forced to go out in search of safety without carrying any of our belongings, possessions or clothes. Displacement and death are still ongoing. There is definitely no safe place in Gaza. Any place in Gaza is vulnerable to bombing without warning.

Our last displacement was to a small nylon tent in Deir al-Balah. We suffer from extreme heat in the summer and skin diseases due to water pollution, the lack of sanitation places, and the scarcity of cleaning materials.

My mother and Muhammad's parents are old and suffering from diseases. They cannot bear this fear, pollution, diseases, and lack of food and water. My father is also an old man who is besieged in northern Gaza and I cannot see him or meet him. Please, pray for me that I will meet him again and we will both be fine.

The cost of getting out of Gaza to enter Egypt through Rafah crossing seemed overwhelming as I have to pay between $7000 to $10000 per person.
