On February 18, 2026, my husband had his bond hearing. The judge set his bond at $15,000. This means he can be released — but only if we are able to pay this amount. My husband has no criminal record. His only goal has been to work, support his family, and continue his legal process. He is currently being held in ICE detention, and I am going through an extremely difficult time both financially and emotionally. $15,000 is not an amount I can manage on my own. I am trying to cover rent, bills, and legal expenses alone, and the burden is becoming heavier every day. We are not asking for luxury.
