Help Father come home to his Children

Hello Everyone I'm sharing this in need of help for my daughter's Father Jose. He is 29 years old and has been in this country legally since the age of 4. He obtained his permanent residence in 2017 and was planning on applying for citizenship. All his immediate family are citizens of the United States including his two children 10 and 3. Unfortunately due to an incident of ineffective council he was issued an immigration retainer which they executed on 3/14/2024 while taking out the garbage infront of my 3 year old daughter. He was an extremely loving and affectionate father to not only his two biological children but also my other two older children including my son who has autism and extreme behavioral issues. He presence improved the quality of life for my children. I was able to find an amazing lawyer who is extremely confident that he can reverse the serious damage that the first lawyer has caused. Me and his family are asking for help towards the financial cost for this attorney. If you can please help with anything it would be greatly appreciated but if not I would also be appreciative if you can share.

Obtuvo su residencia permanente en 2017 y planeaba solicitar la ciudadanía. Toda su familia inmediata son ciudadanos de los Estados Unidos, incluidos sus dos hijos de 10 y 3 años. Desafortunadamente, debido a un incidente de consejo ineficaz, se le emitió un anticipo de inmigración que ejecutaron el 03/14/2024 mientras el sacaba la basura lo arrestaron en frente de de mi hija de 3 años. El es un padre extremadamente amoroso y afectuoso no solo con sus dos hijos biológicos sino también con mis otros dos hijos mayores, incluido mi hijo que tiene autismo y problemas extremos de conducta.
