My name is Mohamed, and I live in Belgium.

I am doing my best to support my people in Gaza during the unimaginable hardship they are facing because of the war. Every family carries a story of loss, pain, and survival. Today, I want to share with you just one of these many stories — the story of Faten and her family.

Faten is a mother from Gaza.

She lives with her husband, their three children, her husband’s elderly parents, and his sister. Overnight, their lives were turned upside down. In the recent events, they lost everything — their home, their work, and their sense of safety. They were left without shelter and with no source of income, struggling to survive each day.

Now, the family is living in extremely harsh and unsafe conditions. Their only wish is something so simple yet so vital: to give their children a safe place to sleep and a little food to eat. But they cannot do this alone. The children, innocent and full of hope, deserve a chance at a safer life — and with your help, this can be possible.
