Help Kurkowski Family Through Baby's Heart Surgery

Blessed on January 13, 2025 my family welcomed our 13th grand baby. Born at CS Mott Children’s hospital with a ‘Single Ventricle Congenital Heart Defect’

1 in 7,700 babies are born with this each year. Surgery will be scheduled asap for either a stint or shunt procedure to help his heart function properly.

Not knowing how long it may be for him to go home, Mom is staying with him (one parent only per hospital rules) while Dad is with their 19 month old at home.

Dad is driving an hour and 15 minutes from Durand to Ann Arbor and back each day. Neither of their vehicles can safely handle the 120+ round trip daily.

I’d like to ask for your help if possible to relieve some of the financial difficulties they will be facing for quite some time and also include them in your prayers.
