Sam dedicated his life to his two beautiful children and his girlfriend Courtney. He was a wonderful father/boyfriend who made a huge impact in their lives. Due to unfortunately unforeseen circumstances, we lost him way too soon and I would like to raise money for my sister to help her and the kids for an easier future.
